Keep received inquiries in a separate office record. Compare both before deciding which page needs work. A search click is not evidence of a booked repair. Name the question first: fewer repair inquiries, limited installation-page traffic, or an unclear contact handoff. ## Separate the measurements Google's Performance report provides clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position. Use those definitions in your reporting sheet. Supply totals or approved examples sufficient to investigate the problem. ## Group pages around office decisions Create separate groups for repair, replacement or installation, and maintenance-plan content. Use your page inventory rather than assuming every service has a separate page. Inspect a repair page separately from an installation project page. Compare their requests with the service categories the office records. Check dates and filters before comparing exports. Write them beside each report so another person can reproduce the view. Keep a search from your own phone as a separate observation. Do not use it as a replacement for the saved report. ## Investigate the gap without guessing the cause If clicks and inquiries move differently, list checks that could resolve the question. Test the contact route, review page wording, and ask whether service availability changed. For a seasonal comparison, state the periods you chose and why. Do not call a difference a website failure before examining the evidence. If the office cannot trace requests, follow a labelled test from the page through receipt. A failed test gives the builder a concrete repair to investigate. If traffic is limited, review whether the page answers the service question clearly. Avoid commissioning interchangeable town pages in response to one disappointing report. ## Keep attribution within the evidence Record a customer's stated source as a stated source. If no system connects a request to a search visit, leave that connection unconfirmed. Do not manufacture a conversion rate by dividing every office call by one page's clicks. Keep unmatched totals visible as separate measures. Finish the reporting sheet with one proposed action, its evidence, and a repeat check. Request repair of a demonstrated form failure before commissioning additional articles. Keep the original report export beside that decision.
