Explain included work, visit arrangements, exclusions, price terms, and how someone asks to join. Have the plan owner approve the summary. Do not start with a competitor's plan and replace the company name. Use your company's current terms as the source. ## Identify the current plan and its owner Collect the approved agreement, price record, and customer-facing description. Confirm which version is offered to new customers and whether existing customers may have different terms. Assign one person to resolve conflicts. Remove a claim when the company cannot support the meaning a reader would take from it. ## Explain included work without expanding it Build the public summary from these questions: | Plan item | Information to confirm | | --- | --- | | Covered equipment | Systems and quantities included | | Visit arrangement | Included visits and how they are requested or arranged | | Work scope | Approved description of the service performed | | Exclusions | Work, parts, or conditions outside the plan | | Additional benefits | Exact terms of any discount or priority arrangement | | Price | Current charge, billing period, and stated conditions | | Renewal or ending | Applicable agreement language and office contact | Give the technical owner the service description to review. Do not add a procedure because it sounds useful. The published list should match what the agreement and operating process support. If benefits vary by plan, use a comparison with real differences. Avoid a table full of checkmarks that leaves the scope unexplained. ## Define priority and savings claims precisely If the plan offers priority scheduling, ask the office what that means. Does it affect how requests are reviewed? Are there stated limitations? Keep that definition beside the benefit. Do not turn priority into a guaranteed response time unless that is the actual approved promise. Likewise, a listed discount does not establish a customer's total future savings. For a price comparison, keep the underlying prices, included work, and assumptions together. Leave out a percentage or annual savings amount while the basis is unknown. Avoid suggesting a plan guarantees uninterrupted operation or makes repairs unnecessary. Ask the technical reviewer to approve the exact benefit wording. ## Separate joining from requesting information Decide what the page's action does. A form that asks the office to call should say it requests information. It should not declare a membership active. If the website supports enrollment, have the responsible people confirm the complete agreement, billing, and acceptance process before presenting it as available. Give them an unknown option. Keep payment details out of that general request. Use a confirmation that describes receipt and the actual next office step. Do not invent a visit date or charge. ## Review the whole page against the agreement Have the plan owner read the heading, comparison table, fine print, button, and automatic confirmation together. Record which agreement version controls the page. Open any linked terms on a phone. Check that a visitor can find the price period and important exclusions before sending a request.
