Its instructions identify a Matrix control called Coming Soon Public Display? [HAR public-display announcement](https://www.harconnect.com/choose-when-to-showcase-coming-soon-listings/). Keep the seller's approved exposure choice with the authorized listing agent. ## What does HAR tell agents to select? When moving a listing from Incomplete to Coming Soon, HAR says to select Yes in Coming Soon Public Display? for consumer visibility. Selecting No keeps visibility limited. Ask the provider which delivered field it uses and whether the connection supports the published option. Record those answers before asking the builder to change the page. HAR's announcement says Coming Soon listings are not Active and showings are prohibited while that status applies. For the website brief, request a property-question route with the intended respondent named. Ask the builder to demonstrate the confirmation text. It should describe the submitted request without asserting that a tour has been booked. Keep appointment arrangements with the authorized agent. ## Why might older guidance describe a future feature? An earlier HAR reminder describes public Coming Soon distribution as a feature under development. The later public-display announcement supplies the selection instructions. Record the first unexplained difference and its responsible owner. Avoid filling the gap with a manually copied listing while the display decision remains unresolved.
