Inventory the headline, photographs, testimonials, captions, and button text together. Ask which claims the business can support and which wording needs to change. Start with the current program description and evidence the owner can supply. Keep an unsupported result out of publication while the responsible reviewer evaluates it. ## Read the whole page as a claim The FTC examines both express and implied advertising claims. Review the message formed by the layout, not only individual sentences. A careful paragraph needs another look if its headline or photographs imply a guaranteed transformation. Ask the owner for the original statement and permission to use it. Confirm whether any payment, free service, or other connection needs review. Do not rewrite someone's account into a stronger result. If the studio advertises a health-related product, the FTC's health-products guidance explains that testimonials do not supply the scientific evidence for underlying efficacy claims. Have the responsible reviewer assess the specific offer and context. A testimonial's existence does not settle whether the proposed advertisement is supportable. ## Replace unsupported promises with confirmed service details When the business cannot support a result claim, remove it from the publication draft. Explain the verified program format, included sessions, coaching process, location, and inquiry step instead. Have qualified staff approve any nutrition, injury, or health-related description. Keep individualized advice and program suitability decisions with those staff. A website form should not promise a treatment or choose a program from a short answer.
