Then follow a controlled buyer or seller inquiry into the matching record and the intended recipient's working view. The Webhooks Add-On sends form submissions to external services through HTTP requests. Its current product page lists Elite and Nonprofit licenses as eligible. Use the following worksheet with your website maintainer and CRM administrator. It proposes configuration and acceptance checks for an existing Gravity Forms website. It establishes no compatibility with an unnamed CRM. ## Obtain the destination requirements before creating the feed Ask the CRM administrator for the current vendor documentation covering the exact receiving endpoint. Keep this worksheet focused on the webhook request and its receiving evidence. ## Configure the feed for the actual inquiry form With the Webhooks Add-On installed and active, open **Form Settings → Webhooks → Add New** for the intended form. Gravity Forms documents these feed settings. The configuration checks are proposed requirements. Gravity Forms also offers **All Fields**, which sends the entire unformatted entry. Review the selected fields before choosing that option. Its field-value controls accept form fields, entry metadata, and custom values using merge tags. For a seller question, require the received inquiry to preserve the seller purpose and complete message. For a property question, require the approved property reference. Have the technical owner review credential access before saving the configuration. ## Check the webhook condition separately from the field map The add-on supports conditional triggers. Write an expected result beside each inquiry purpose offered by your form. If the feed should send buyer and seller questions, include both in the test plan. If a choice should not trigger this feed, specify its intended handling separately. Require the maintainer to demonstrate each approved case. Compare the final submitted purpose with the actual request and receiving result. A condition check should remain open when its expected result is unknown. ## Inspect the request response before diagnosing the CRM Ask the maintainer to record the form, feed, entry reference, and test time. Require evidence distinguishing a request that failed to execute from a response returned by the receiving service. Gravity Forms documents the developer action `gform_webhooks_post_request` after a webhook request executes. Its response parameter is a `WP_Error` on execution failure; otherwise, it is an array. Ask the developer to inspect that status and the receiving service's response details against its current documentation. Use these proposed investigation assignments: | Evidence available | Next check to assign | | --- | --- | | No demonstrated request for the test entry | Verify the selected form, feed configuration, and condition. | | Request execution returns an error | Preserve its exact details for the maintainer's investigation. | | HTTP response returned | Compare status and response content with the receiving vendor's documented result. | | Response appears acceptable, but inquiry is absent | Require receiving-side investigation and a matching record before acceptance. | | Record exists, but the recipient cannot find the question | Check the agreed receiving view and handoff with the administrator. | For a request that does not execute, include URL validation in the investigation. Gravity Forms requires WordPress URL validation. It documents aborted processing for a custom port or a redirect to a URL failing validation. Keep automatic retry, timing, and duplicate behavior unresolved until documented for the installed connection. Agree on recovery before resending a test. Require a seller inquiry and a buyer or property inquiry when those paths exist. Compare the submitted purpose, message, reply details, and approved page context with the received values. Ask the recipient to locate the question in the view used for ordinary work. Include a controlled repeat inquiry under the administrator's documented identity rules. Require both the expected contact result and preserved question history. Test failure and recovery in an agreed test environment. Save the checked configuration, test time, observed result, and person confirming receipt. Repeat failed checks after correction.
