Have the inspection manager approve what the video says the company does. Use the video to explain the visit and question route. Keep technical findings about a particular property within its own inspection record. ## Choose a public question the video can answer Ask the office which preparation question it wants to explain: how to request a visit, what the customer should expect, or how a report is discussed. Write a short outline from the current process. Identify which person supplies each factual statement and which details remain unconfirmed. Avoid using footage from a real property without approved publication permission. If you film a demonstration, label it accurately and keep it separate from a documented customer inspection. Have the technical reviewer resolve uncertain terms instead of accepting a plausible automatic transcription. ## Check the final captions against the recording Review names, measurements, service terms, and negatives carefully. A missing “not” can reverse the intended statement. Keep any measurement tied to its approved context. Ask the editor to check timing and readable phrase breaks. Avoid placing essential text where another overlay hides it. Update captions and the text version when the recording changes. Keep a version record so an older transcript is not paired with a newer explanation. Have the inspection manager review the finished combination. The spoken words, visible labels, captions, and page text should describe the same service. ## Give the video a useful page Place a clear title, short purpose statement, text version, and inspection-question route beside the player.
