Start with where the firm accepts matters and what a visitor can do next. Do not begin with a list of places to insert into the same paragraph. Link to the official resource where appropriate. Do not copy changing procedural instructions into a permanent marketing paragraph without an update owner. Explain the difference between visiting an office and asking about a matter in the county.
