InsideRE supplies Cloudflare nameservers. On cancellation, Support removes the custom domain from BoldTrail and restores the original subdomain. You must update your nameservers. Before you act, read your own independent contractor agreement and any team agreement, and confirm the terms with your brokerage in writing. Your agreement can differ from the published documentation cited here. Before changing an eXp website, identify which handoff you need: a different website destination, a different domain registrar, or a different BoldTrail account. The cited setup and cancellation instructions do not establish an eXp account-transfer entitlement or departure grace period. ## Check the add-on and the original website address BoldTrail documents the purchase path as **Marketplace → Vanity Domain Add-On → Learn More → Buy Now**. Its setup options let InsideRE change nameservers or let you enter them yourself. It warns that self-managed changes may cause downtime. Before ordering, request the current charge, billing owner, cancellation process, and permitted domain arrangement for your account. Keep the answers beside your registrar and website access details. Use the amount confirmed for your subscription. The standard add-on replaces the current website URL. BoldTrail says the original subdomain becomes inactive and may not redirect to the custom address. Include email signatures, social profiles, listing materials, and seller or buyer pages you share. After setup, open those addresses and record the result. Require a written answer about the old subdomain rather than treating it as a permanent route to your new site. ## Preserve domain email during the nameserver handoff Cloudflare says its automatic scan can miss DNS records. Cloudflare warns that replacing nameservers while DNSSEC is active can make the domain unreachable.
