Until then, use a clearly labeled link to your Zillow profile from your professional real estate site. Zillow's terms restrict republishing professional reviews elsewhere unless Zillow expressly permits it. They also restrict which websites may link to its services. Then decide where the reviews belong beside your buyer or seller services. Treat the display as part of your website brief, with a named maintenance owner and a tested contact route. ## Choose between a profile link, a permitted widget, and a separate testimonial These are proposed choices for your website. Ask your website provider to implement a profile link while display permission remains unresolved. ## Keep the review source and selection visible For an authorized display, compare the preview with the source. Check the agent identity, reviewer name, date, rating, and text. Confirm that each visible field is permitted and accurate. Check images and logos separately before using them. Label a curated selection as selected reviews. If you display an overall rating, specify its source and what it measures. Do not label the average of selected cards as the full profile rating. Keep buyer and seller descriptions tied to what the reviewer says. Treat badge settings as a separate check. Elfsight documents a setting that enables a verified badge beside a reviewer's name. Do not rewrite a client's words into a result they did not report. If you use an approved excerpt, identify it as an excerpt. Keep enough context for the passage to retain its meaning. ## Put the display beside a clear buyer or seller next step On your agent bio, place the permitted review display after your identity and service explanation. On a seller page, place relevant seller feedback beside your explanation of listing work. Use buyer feedback beside buyer representation information when its wording supports that placement. Keep the inquiry button outside the widget. Give sellers a route to ask about selling a property. Give buyers a route to ask about your buyer services. State who receives each request. Keep the source link separate from the contact button. Label one as the Zillow destination and the other as an inquiry to your business. Open both during acceptance testing. Confirm that each leads where its wording says. Use this placement as a proposed page structure. This applies to `LocalBusiness` and `Organization` markup, including embedded third-party widgets. Google also says not to aggregate ratings from other websites for review snippets. Do not accept a promise of Google stars based on displaying your Zillow rating. Keep the review display decision focused on information visitors can inspect. ## Test the page with and without the widget Before publication, have your provider prepare a preview. Check it on a phone and computer without an editing login. Read the cards, follow the source links, and reach the contact button with a keyboard. Confirm that review controls do not cover the form. Have your provider assess the actual widget rather than applying a speed claim from a sales page.
