The published rules address those separately in Section 17. [Doorify rules, revised 2026.05.26](https://support.doorifymls.com/hc/en-us/articles/32402136977427-Rules-Regulations). Checked: 2026.10.23. Give the current source to your broker and provider. The checks below are proposed implementation tasks for the pages named in your brief. ## What belongs beside another brokerage's listing? Section 17.8 requires an approved IDX icon, listing office name, supplied email or telephone number, listing number, and status for the named current-listing displays. It requires adjacent, legible presentation with text at least as large as the median listing-data type. Its map-popup exception permits those elements on a linked detail page or elsewhere on the map page for every mapped listing. Thumbnail results have a separate content limit and must show the approved icon. Ask the provider for the current field mapping and approved icon. Review a complete record from another brokerage in the proposed detail template. Have the broker resolve questions about an individual status or minimal display. Keep feed eligibility separate from the formatting rule for a permitted display. ## Can your branding sit inside the listing body? Section 17.8 prohibits the site owner's, subscriber's, or third party's contact information or branding inside another participant's listing body. Checked: 2026.10.23. Give the reviewer an annotated layout showing the property information and proposed contact areas. Ask for a decision before the builder implements an overlay, floating action, or embedded profile. Keep the approved layout with the handoff. Require another review when a later design change moves branding into the property block. ## Do sold records have different display fields? The rule separately names the IDX icon, listing number, selling price, and sold date for Closed listings. Section 17.10 supplies additional sold-data disclosure wording. Ask the provider for the complete current disclaimer rather than shortening it in a design mockup. Review an authorized Closed record separately from an Active record. Keep a personal sales gallery distinct in the project brief from a neighborhood sold-data search. Section 17.15 requires IDX updates at least every twelve hours and a displayed last-update date. Section 17.19 requires notice and registration of the search locations and subsequent URL changes. Include the current domain and proposed replacement URLs in the migration brief. Ask the provider to confirm registration responsibility before launch. Request an authorized change test with the source status, provider import time, and observed website result. Keep the displayed update value attached to that observation. ## How should you accept the proposed display? Use a short comparison sheet: | Test | Evidence to request | | --- | --- | | Current listing | Approved credit fields, icon, and readable placement | | Listing-body boundary | Reviewed location of site branding and contact actions | | Closed listing | Correct field set and complete supplied disclosures | | Data change | Dated source-to-page observation | | Domain change | Provider confirmation for the registered search URLs | Test the property-question route separately with contact details you control.
