Then ask your broker and website provider to confirm the applicable feed, permissions, display rules, and maintenance responsibility. CREA describes REALTOR.ca DDF® as a managed service for REALTORS® and broker owners. It supports sharing listings with third-party websites and accessing listings for their own websites. Obtain the rules that apply to your intended display before treating any inventory or feature as available. ## Choose the inventory before the interface. Write the website's task in one sentence. Avoid approving a product because its sales page uses the term “MLS integration.” Ask the provider to identify the Canadian connection it proposes and the authorization behind that connection. Name your brokerage, intended website, listing scope, and technical provider in the brief. Have the broker identify any additional board or contractual requirements. Do not transfer a display assumption from another market into the acceptance criteria. ## Obtain the current rules through the responsible owner.
