Record the starting page, button label, and intended receiving team before requesting a repair. Keep phone routing separate from legal intake decisions. Use a phone number you control and an agreed time. Record whether the intended destination receives the call. During the later authorized visual review, check the button on representative devices. Confirm the number presented to the calling program before completing the agreed test. Save the starting page, final destination, receiving confirmation, and any failure. Keep a successful button activation separate from a staff answer. Repeat affected checks after a phone-provider change or website migration.
