A sales demonstration does not answer questions about the firm's actual account. ## Test with a fictional administrative request Arrange a marked test with authorized staff. Use a synthetic name and a reply address you control. Ask only a harmless question about requesting contact. Record the greeting, each prompt, the displayed receipt, and the exact transcript staff receive. Check whether the approved warning appears before information entry. Compare each destination with the provider's map. Ask for a controlled demonstration of an unfinished conversation in an agreed test setting. Confirm whether the observed handling matches the approved design. Do not use real allegations, witness names, or evidence to test it. ## Set ownership before adding the widget Name the person responsible for reviewing prompts and account access. Require review when the provider changes its handling, the firm changes recipients, or a new integration is proposed. Define an approved fallback when chat is unavailable.
