Explain whether you are reviewing inquiries, arranging site discussions, or scheduling accepted work. Keep requested dates separate from dates your team has confirmed. Start with the promise the visitor reads beside the contact button. Have the person controlling the schedule approve its meaning. Remove an expired seasonal message before adding another banner. The checks below are recommendations for your website brief. They report no current capacity or tested booking system. ## Define what availability means at each step Ask the office to write its actual sequence from first inquiry to a confirmed project. Identify who decides whether a request fits and who controls site visits and work dates.
