Make an inquiry carry the suite the visitor selected. Keep building-level facts outside the individual availability rows. Highwoods' One PPG Place page provides a building-level presentation with individual available-space entries. Use it as a structural example, rather than a source for another property's facts. Have the responsible leasing team approve the data and update process. ## Separate the building from the suite Place the building identity, approved location, general description, and responsible brokerage above the availability table. Give each suite a stable reference within that property. Avoid repeating total building area in a way that appears to describe the selected suite. Label shared building facilities separately from features supplied within a particular space. When a listing includes several buildings, include the building identifier in every row. Do not assume that Suite 100 identifies one unique space across an entire portfolio. ## Define a usable availability record Ask the leasing team to supply a record for each advertised space. Require approved sources for measurements, rates, availability, and lease descriptions before publishing them. | Field | Requirement to agree with the leasing team | | --- | --- | | Space identity | Property, building, floor, and suite reference | | Area | Approved value, unit, and measurement label from the source | | Status | Approved status wording and date confirmed | | Timing | Confirmed availability wording, or UNRESOLVED | | Terms | Approved rate basis and included items, if publicly quoted | | Documents | Current plan or brochure with its version | | Contact | Responsible leasing recipient for this space | Keep unknown terms explicit. Do not convert a request-for-details rate into zero. Preserve whether a space is proposed, under discussion, or confirmed available by the responsible team. Ask the reviewer to explain any combined-space option. Publish the approved combination rather than adding row areas and assuming that suites can be joined. ## Preserve labels when the table narrows Require visible column headings for the desktop table. For a phone layout, keep every value paired with its label. A compact card should still identify the building, suite, area unit, status date, document, and contact action. Agree on the sort order before implementation. Let the visitor understand whether rows are ordered by suite, area, or another selected field. Keep the leasing contact available when a filter returns no matching space. ## Match every floor plan to its space Record the document title, version, source, and approval with the availability record. Have the leasing team confirm that the plan describes the advertised configuration. Label proposed plans as proposed. Require the website editor to replace the plan and related row together. Inspect the downloaded file as well as the link label. Retain an approved historical record outside the public availability display when your process needs it. Keep suite status and leasing responsibility in the availability record. ## Carry the suite into the leasing inquiry Show the selected building and suite above the form. Let visitors correct their selection or ask about several spaces. Request the space question, broad timing, and a reply method. Have the builder demonstrate two submissions from different rows. Check that the second message contains the new suite. A successful first submission does not establish that row selection updates correctly. Confirm where inquiries go when a space is withdrawn or reassigned. Keep a general leasing route available without leaving a stale named recipient on the page. ## Set an update owner and acceptance record Assign someone to confirm status and replace expired documents. Record when availability was last checked. Establish a visible fallback for information awaiting confirmation. Compare the preview with the approved suite schedule.
