Separate chiropractic and physical therapy credentials. Confirm where the person works and which public services the clinic approves them to describe. Start with one evidence sheet per person. Have the responsible clinic reviewer resolve name, status, or identity questions before publication. ## Build the bio from separate evidence fields Ask the provider and clinic manager to approve the current professional name, title, role, locations, and contact route.
