Keep the recording, captions, transcript, permissions, and publication version in files the clinic controls. Start with one approved subject. Have the responsible clinician define its purpose and limits before editing footage or writing the page introduction. ## Name the clinical owner and audience Identify whether the video explains office procedures, introduces a service, or provides clinician-approved education.
