Compare both against the same required pages, MLS search, inquiry handling, and ownership terms. Inside Real Estate describes BoldTrail as kvCORE's successor and says kvCORE is no longer sold as a standalone product. It includes no customer account test, quoted price, performance ranking, or expected revenue. ## Compare the published website starting points. CINC's product page describes an IDX consumer website, a CRM, team lead routing, and seller home evaluation landing pages. BoldTrail's FAQ describes IDX websites, page editing, lead capture forms, and connection to its CRM. Compare the submitted question, property reference, reply details, source page, and recipient. Ask how each platform handles an existing contact submitting again. Keep a missing capability visible in the comparison. Do not replace a required check with a general tour of unrelated functions. ## Check agent and team responsibilities. Ask who edits public pages, approves factual claims, receives inquiries, and handles absences. Have the account administrator demonstrate the permissions needed for those tasks. For a team website, write the assignment rule before reviewing the software setting. Ask for a demonstration using test recipients and the agreed rule. Keep a prospect's stated question separate from an inferred score or activity signal. Ask the receiving person to show the original request before assessing follow-up work. ## Request comparable quotes and terms. No price is quoted here. Give both providers the same required functions and ask for dated proposals. Separate initial work, recurring service, outside subscriptions, migration, and optional campaigns.
