Record the final day at the old office, the first day at the new one, and the practice-approved contact instructions between them. Keep a physical move separate from a website-address change. Moving the practice does not automatically require a new domain or a new URL for every page. ## Approve the move facts in one record Ask the office lead to supply the public address, suite, move dates, and arrival instructions. Confirm any parking, entrance, or access statement from the practice's actual information. Leave unverified details out. Give the website maintainer a separate list of printed links or QR codes that remain in circulation. For each reference, record the controlling page or file and its intended replacement. Inspect website directions from each affected page. Record any disagreement rather than guessing which source is right. Use invented details and avoid occupying patient capacity. After the move, remove expired transition notices according to the approved plan.
