Ask for an honest account of the person's experience. Keep gifts, rating instructions, and satisfaction filtering out of the process. Have the practice approve when an invitation is appropriate and which channel may carry it. This page provides a request brief. It does not authorize a patient message or publish a review. ## Separate asking from influencing the answer Google requires reviews to reflect a genuine experience. Keep discounts, drawings for prizes, and other proposed rewards out of the invitation. Do not ask for a particular star rating or a clinical success story. Google's policy also prohibits discouraging negative reviews and selectively soliciting positive reviews. It says merchants should not require specific review content or pressure people to review on the premises. Remove any preliminary satisfaction question that decides who receives the public review link. Keep an internal feedback route available without using its answer to restrict that link. ## Write a short invitation from approved office facts Prepare the exact proposed wording for staff review. Identify the practice and invite honest feedback through the checked link. Avoid language that requests a diagnosis, treatment detail, provider name, or result. Have the privacy lead review the process and the exact wording. Leave patient lists and clinical records out of the website-writing brief. ## Verify the destination before printing or sending Google documents links and QR codes as ways to request reviews. Open it without posting anything. Check the displayed practice and location. For a QR code, inspect the final printed proof as well as the source file. Do not create a fabricated review as a test. A link check should end after the destination is verified. Keep a record of the checked address and the office that owns it. ## Review the whole invitation path Inspect the website page, card, staff script, and proposed message together. Remove inconsistent rating instructions from every version. Check that a private-contact option does not hide the public review link after a negative answer. If a visitor chooses private contact, use the practice's approved handling process. Do not carry their details into a public reply.
