Its current support guidance includes those listings in IDX, VOW, and syndication feeds. The page specifies the labels CSNS or Coming Soon-No Show. Before adding a Coming Soon search to your website, give the provider the current local source. Use the following proposed checks to connect the status, public explanation, and inquiry route. ## Does public display mean showings are allowed? Canopy prohibits showings and open houses while a listing remains in CSNS. The status requires Public in the Listing Visibility field and seller approval using its limited-marketing authorization form. Have your broker approve the property's public explanation before the builder publishes a custom page. Ask the provider to show the exact status value delivered to your site. Use an inquiry action that lets a visitor ask about the property. Require the confirmation to describe the question received. Leave appointment confirmation with the person authorized to arrange access. ## Which distribution source should the builder follow? Use Canopy's current page when preparing the integration brief. Its published feed description includes syndication. Retain the source date beside the approved configuration instead of copying an older third-party summary. Request a demonstration using authorized inventory. If the search remains empty, ask where the eligible record disappears. Separate source availability, vendor support, and your website's filter settings in that explanation. Do not use a manually entered property card to bypass an unresolved display decision. Canopy's guidance describes automatic activation using the applicable listing dates. It also says photos are optional in CSNS but required immediately after the change to Active. Ask the listing agent to supply the approved expected transition for your test. Have the provider explain how the website receives the new status. Inspect the saved search, result card, property page, and any custom homepage module. Record the observed labels and image behavior. Keep obsolete explanatory text in the correction list until the responsible person replaces it. ## How should you test a missing photograph? Specify a clear empty-image treatment in the website brief. Ask the builder to demonstrate the result with an authorized sample. Keep a missing photograph from becoming a broken link or an invented view of the property. Separate that design test from the agent's responsibility for listing inputs. Give an unresolved source-image question to the listing agent and provider.
