Microsoft describes it as a free listing platform for Bing Search and Bing Maps. For an agent, start with identity and ownership. Decide whether the record represents you, your team, or your brokerage. Confirm the location arrangement before creating a profile. Use this preparation table before making account changes. If a former provider manages the record, identify the access problem before duplicating the listing. Keep an inventory with the public URL, account custodian, approving person, and unresolved access questions. For a record marked **Duplicate**, Microsoft's FAQ directs you to claim the published listing. If someone already owns it, request access from that owner. Each row is an inspection task. Inspect the public result in Bing Search and Maps. 3. Compare its identity, address visibility, phone, and website with the approved record. 4. Open the website link from the public listing. 5. Save the date, public URL, and any unresolved difference. If the listing remains pending, consult the current FAQ and support route. Avoid repeated edits without a recorded reason. A saved dashboard change is only the starting point for the public check. ## Send visitors to a page that explains your representation Choose the website destination around the business represented by the listing. For an individual agent, review your agent page or homepage. For a team, review the team introduction and its shared contact route. Ask the destination to answer the questions a prospective client needs answered: - Who will represent me, and which brokerage are they affiliated with? - Which markets and services do they cover? - Where can I read the seller or buyer process? - How do I send a question, and who receives it? Keep private client information out of the test. ## Measure website visits and received inquiries separately Keep a dated record of the public profile, website destination, available visit-source information, and received inquiries. This is a proposed measurement method. For a buyer or seller inquiry, record the actual receiving destination and any source information the person supplies. If the source is missing, leave it unknown. Separate permitted test submissions from prospective-client inquiries. For AI-answer checks, retain the exact question, date, answer, and linked sources.
