Record what each step shows. Agree on the receiving destination before changing form settings. Ask the office which person can confirm that a request entered the working estimate queue. ## Define what is missing Record the page, approximate submission time, reported result, and expected recipient. Use a reference that lets the maintainer investigate without copying customer details into a public ticket. Confirm the original question, usable reply details, and permitted files reach the agreed recipient. Where several location choices use different destinations, test each distinct route.
