Request evidence for each requirement before selecting a package. This review uses AgentFire's own published information checked on October 23, 2026. We did not test a customer website or account. The checks below are proposed buying requirements. ## What website work does AgentFire describe? AgentFire's pricing page separates design packages, monthly plans, IDX, and add-ons. Use that structure to request a quote for your actual page and search requirements. [AgentFire's package information](https://agentfire.com/pricing/), checked 2026.10.23. Write the website problem before choosing the package. Identify whether you need approved content published, property search repaired, a working seller inquiry path, or a replacement website. Keep the desired behavior separate from a visual preference. Resolve each row against the proposed agreement. ## Check filters for your actual MLS. AgentFire's IDX FAQ says available filters differ by board. It advises requesting an example for your area. It also says additional paid filter customization is not available under the described setup. Ask for a demonstration using the applicable board. Record a missing filter as an unresolved requirement. Avoid approving a search because another market's example has the feature you need. Ask which filters the proposed website will provide at delivery. ## Establish the customization boundary. The same FAQ says IDX customization is limited by technical and compliance requirements. It describes more control over listing-page templates than over MLS-powered widgets. Show the provider your required layout changes before commissioning them. Ask which are supported and where the existing search interface must remain. Keep unsupported design requests out of the accepted scope. If a requirement affects how visitors find or ask about a property, resolve it before selecting the package. ## Trace inquiries through Lead Manager. AgentFire's FAQ says inquiries captured through its IDX enter the site's Lead Manager and can sync to a connected CRM. Confirm your specific supported connection in the proposal. Check the property reference, message, reply details, source, and recipient. Ask what happens if the same person submits again. Test a seller question separately. No price is quoted here. Request a dated quote for design, monthly service, required IDX, add-ons, migration, and ongoing content work. Name the person who corrects a broken search or missing inquiry. Ask what support covers and what becomes a separately scoped task. For existing content, supply your URL inventory. Ask which pages remain, which change addresses, and who verifies their replacements. Keep copy and image approval with the website owner. ## Confirm the exit requirements in writing. Ask separately about domain control, content files, images, contacts, theme or platform dependencies, and hosting. Request the exact material and permissions available at cancellation. Do not assume the complete website can run elsewhere because one component uses familiar software. Ask for the relevant contract provision and a permitted example handoff. Leave unanswered export and transfer questions unresolved. ## Make the decision from the demonstrated setup. Keep AgentFire on the shortlist when its demonstrated search, page editing, inquiry path, and written terms meet your requirements. Request clarification when any necessary function remains uncertain.
