Give each episode a page with a player, readable notes, a transcript, guest and source links, and a relevant buyer or seller inquiry route. Keep the contact option available without requiring visitors to play the recording. Treat this as a website brief for an existing show. Start with an episode you have permission to publish. Approve its page before expanding the library. The layout and tests below are proposed acceptance requirements, not results from an installed website. ## Put the library beside your real estate services Use a library address such as `/podcast/`, with separate episode pages beneath it. This is a suggested URL pattern. Choose an address your website editor can maintain. On the library page, introduce the show, identify the host, and name the markets you serve. List episodes with their titles, publication dates, guests, and short descriptions. Use seller questions, buyer questions, and local topics as browsing categories when the recordings support them. Start with a readable list. Add filters or search only when the collection warrants them. Require a visitor to reach an older episode without an account or a listening-app login. Google says its crawlers generally need an HTML anchor element with an `href` attribute to extract a link reliably. Keep an episode's website address stable when editing its title or replacing its player. Require the provider to document redirects before changing an existing address. ## Give each episode a repeatable page structure Use this proposed template in the website brief. Keep the short summary distinct from the full transcript. Label each section so visitors can choose what to read or play. For a discussion about preparing a home for sale, link to your seller services when appropriate. For a buyer-process episode, link to your buyer representation page. These are placement examples, not claims about recordings you have made. ## Embed the exact episode and keep a listening fallback Spotify documents separate embed options for shows and episodes. Its instructions use the desktop app or web player: open the content menu, choose Share, select the embed option, and copy the generated code. It does not provide embed code through the Spotify mobile app or Spotify for Creators. For a page about a particular recording, request that recording's embed. Compare the player title with the page title. Play it in the preview and check the audio against the approved source. Have the website provider confirm that your editor accepts the supplied code. Spotify describes embeds as supported in compatible websites and applications. Leave autoplay off. Spotify advises against preloading or autoplaying embedded audio to preserve accurate statistics. Require the summary, transcript, source links, and contact route to remain available when the player fails to load. Test that condition in the preview. ## Publish a reviewed transcript with guest and source links W3C describes a basic transcript as text covering speech and the non-speech audio needed to understand the recording. WCAG's prerecorded audio-only criterion requires an equivalent text alternative, with an exception for audio that is a clearly labeled alternative to existing text. This is a technical accessibility criterion. Review the transcript against the recording. Check names, locations, quoted wording, and speaker labels. Leave an uncertain speaker unidentified until you can confirm the turn. Link the guest's approved public profile, then check that the destination identifies the same person. For market figures or process claims repeated in the show notes, link the original source and show the relevant date. Keep the recording date visible. Add a dated correction beside outdated written guidance rather than presenting it as current advice. Preserve source links separately from guest links. A guest profile identifies the speaker. Use the source supporting a claim to document that claim. ## Give listeners a clear representation inquiry route Place the next step outside the player. Specify whether it concerns selling, buying, or a general question for your business. Keep guest bookings and show feedback separate from representation inquiries. Choose wording that matches the destination. On a seller episode, a proposed label is “Ask about selling your home.” On a buyer episode, use “Ask about buyer representation.” Approve the final wording against the services and markets you provide. Request the visitor's question and the contact details needed for a reply. Ask the provider to attach the episode page as submission context. Keep that context visible in the receiving record so the recipient can understand the inquiry. State who receives the request. Require a clear confirmation after submission. Check the receiving destination separately before accepting delivery. ## Test a complete episode before expanding the library The episode checklist names the recording, transcript, fallback, and contact destination to inspect.
