Prefer a short description and public website when those supply enough context. Request files only for a defined review purpose. List acceptable material, such as an approved public brief or a file the prospective buyer is permitted to share. Tell visitors to omit passwords, customer lists, private account exports, and material outside the approved intake process. Provide an alternative contact route when a visitor cannot use the upload. Keep the form confirmation consistent with receipt for review, rather than approval of the proposed project. Do not treat a submitted document as authority to access an account or start paid work. Use files created for the exercise and contact details you control. Include an accepted upload, a rejected type, and a request without an optional attachment.
