Explain what the visitor can try. Label a concept as a concept. Figma says embeds respect the sharing settings applied to files and prototypes. Organization-only files require an appropriate login. A public demo needs an explicit publication decision. Use the following brief to separate that demo from private delivery work. ## Create a publication copy with a defined purpose Choose a demonstration your agency owns or has permission to publish. Ask the file owner to review all proposed content. Keep customer data, internal notes, unfinished alternatives, and private commercial information outside the public demonstration. Do not change a confidential working file to public merely to make the website component load. Prepare an approved demonstration copy when that fits the project's disclosure rules. State what the demo proves. It can illustrate an interaction, layout, or proposed journey. Avoid suggesting that it is an implemented service, tested production system, or measured customer result without separate evidence. ## Choose the flow before copying the embed Figma documents embedding a prototype page or a specific flow. Have the designer identify the starting point, intended actions, and end of the demonstration. Review every reachable flow in the proposed publication copy. Ask the maintainer to confirm that the finished website uses that exact target. ## Give the visitor instructions outside the frame Write a short introduction explaining what to try and what the example represents. Keep essential service information in the website page itself. Add a fallback that fits your permission decision. This might be a link to the approved public prototype or a short sequence of permitted screenshots. Do not use a private working-file link as the fallback. Include a normal route back to the relevant service description and the agency inquiry. A buyer should be able to ask about your work without completing the prototype. ## Test as the intended public visitor After implementation, open the page while signed out of Figma. Check the starting screen, expected actions, and reachable alternatives. Compare everything visible with the approved publication copy. Repeat the journey on a phone. Ask a reviewer to try keyboard navigation and the fallback. Keep any access request, empty frame, or unusable control in the issue record. Also test the page when the embed is unavailable. Require the explanatory text and agency inquiry route to remain usable. Review the demo again when its sharing settings or underlying file changes.
